U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) released a CTPAT Global Presence Map on May 20, 2024.
The map shows the entities that are eligible to be a CTPAT Member including:
1. Air Carriers
2. Consolidators (Air Freight Consolidators, Ocean Transport Intermediaries, and Non-Vessel Operating Common Carriers (NVOCC))
3. U.S. Customs Brokers
4. U.S. Exporters
5. Foreign Based Marine Port Terminal Operators
6. Manufacturers in Canada and Mexico
7. Highway Carriers in Canada, Mexico and U.S.
8. U.S. Importers
9. Long Haul Highway Carriers in Mexico
10. Marine Port Authority and Terminal Operators
11. Rail Carriers
12. Sea Carriers
13. Third Party Logistics Providers (3PLs)
The map shows the 18 Mutual Recognition Arrangements (MRA) that are in place with 44 countries (including the 27 member countries of the EU), which include:
1. Brazil
2. Canada
3. Colombia
4. Dominican Republic
5. European Union
6. Guatemala
7. India
8. Israel
9. Japan
10. Jordan
11. Korea
12. Mexico
13. New Zealand
14. Peru
15. Singapore
16. Taiwan
17. United Kingdom

There are 10,964 CTPAT Member Companies. Approximately 293 of them are U.S. Importers that also participate in the CTPAT Trade Compliance Program.
52% of all imports into the U.S. are CTPAT Certified.
CBP has conducted over 35,000 Validations in 109 countries.
